AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge

Hey everyone!

So this is going to be a blog about my journey through AdvoCare.  I am starting off by doing my first 24 Day Challenge.  You know, gotta test the waters first.  I have tried some samples of their products before and loved them.  This is why I decided to do the 24DC.  You know, plus I want to lose weight…haha!

I want everyone to know that the 24DC is not just a weight loss system.  Yes, most people use it for that, but that is not the only thing you can use it for.  The 24DC is simply a system designed to jump start your life in to becoming more healthy.  For most that means losing weight.  However, for some that means GAINING weight!

The 24DC starts off with a cleanse system.  This is the first 10 days of the system.  You then progress in to the Max Phase which is the final 14 days of the system.

Each phase includes different supplements and everything is separated into easy to use bags.  This way you can just grab and go.

There is also a meal plan that goes with the 24DC.  As with the supplements, the meal plan is broken down by phase.  The kit comes with a nice booklet so you can track each and every day.

The meal plan much easier than you may think.  Unlike other kits this meal plan just tells you what types of food to each and how much of each.  For example, for lunch it will tell you to eat a protein, vegetable, and a carb.  If you don’t know what each category is there is a go-by that gives you a fairly complete listing of what foods fall in to each category.  Then all you have to do it pick one and eat the proper amount.

There you have it!  That is the basic run down of the 24DC.  I’m starting my challenge tomorrow and I look forward to keeping you updated on my progress.
